By using this website or any service we provide, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Our services
We provide website design and development, SEO and AEO, AI consulting, computer repair, and AI RingGuard — an AI receptionist and call-handling platform. AI RingGuard is only a product brand and service line owned and operated by BYD Ministry | Mountain Home Marketing Ministries & Computer Repair Services; it is not a separate legal entity. Accounts and customer responsibilities
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account
- You confirm that any phone number you enroll for alerts belongs to you or that you are authorized to receive messages at it
- You agree to use the services lawfully, including compliance with telephone, recording, and messaging laws that apply to your business
- You may not resell, reverse engineer, or abuse the services, or use them to send unlawful or unsolicited messages
Messaging
SMS programs are governed by our SMS Terms & Messaging Policy. Mountain Home Marketing customer messaging is low-volume and non-marketing; customers initiate opt-in by texting START after reviewing our public opt-in instructions. AI RingGuard owner alerts use a separate account-owner consent flow. Participation is optional, message and data rates may apply, and recipients can opt out at any time by replying STOP or request help by replying HELP.
Fees and billing
Fees, subscription terms, and cancellation terms are those presented at the time of purchase or in your written proposal. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew until cancelled and fees already incurred are non-refundable.
Intellectual property
Site content, software, and brand names — including "AI RingGuard" and "Mountain Home Marketing" — are owned by BYD Ministry | Mountain Home Marketing Ministries & Computer Repair Services. Work products delivered to a client are governed by that client's agreement.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. AI-generated call handling and content may contain errors, and telephony or messaging delivery is not guaranteed. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim.
Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States.
