Information we collect

How we use information

We do not sell personal information. We do not use AI RingGuard customer call data to market to that customer's callers.

AI RingGuard SMS owner-alert program

AI RingGuard (airingguard.com) is a product brand owned and operated by BYD Ministry | Mountain Home Marketing Ministries & Computer Repair Services; it is not a separate legal entity. The AI RingGuard SMS owner-alert program sends account and call-activity notifications to the business or account owner who requested them.

How consent is collected

Participation in the AI RingGuard SMS program is optional. SMS consent is not required to purchase, register for, access, or use AI RingGuard, and declining or withdrawing SMS consent does not affect the user's account or service.

Business and account owners explicitly opt in inside authenticated AiringGuard Settings while signed in to their own AI RingGuard account, and must confirm the destination mobile number before any alerts are sent. We do not add numbers to this program from purchased lists, third-party lists, or any offline source.

Immediately after opt-in, AI RingGuard records consent and queues this confirmation for delivery through the approved provider route: “AI RingGuard Text Alerts enabled. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.”

What messages are sent

Message frequency is recurring and varies with the business's own call volume. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt out and help

How SMS data is handled

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in/consent data are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties for their own marketing use.

Transactional service providers — such as our messaging carrier and cloud infrastructure vendors — may process this data solely to deliver the messaging service on our behalf, and are contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

Program contact

Mountain Home Marketing SMS consent and mobile information

Mountain Home Marketing sends low-volume, non-marketing requested consultation follow-ups, appointment updates, and requested service messages only after a customer initiates enrollment by texting START to 870-407-7774 from their own mobile phone. The complete public opt-in instructions are at mountainhomemarketing.com/sms-consent. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase or service.

For this program we retain the originating mobile number, opt-in keyword, timestamp, program, current consent state, and opt-out event as consent evidence. We do not enroll numbers from lead lists, website inquiries, verbal conversations, or prechecked forms.

Message frequency varies with the customer's requests and active service relationship. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

Mobile information and text-messaging opt-in data and consent are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Messaging and cloud service providers may process this data only as necessary to operate and secure the messaging program on our behalf.

How information is shared

We share information only with service providers that help us operate — for example, cloud hosting, database, email delivery, telephony, and messaging providers — and only to the extent needed to provide the service. These providers are transactional processors and may not use the data for their own purposes.

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in/consent data are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law. Private prospect concepts are time-limited and their concept content is automatically removed after expiration, while minimal campaign, suppression, and delivery history may be retained to honor opt-outs and maintain an accurate business record. Data is stored on access-controlled infrastructure with encryption in transit, and access is limited to the people who need it to run the service.
