AI RingGuard SMS owner-alert program

AI RingGuard (airingguard.com) is a product brand owned and operated by BYD Ministry | Mountain Home Marketing Ministries & Computer Repair Services; it is not a separate legal entity. The AI RingGuard SMS owner-alert program sends account and call-activity notifications to the business or account owner who requested them.

How consent is collected

Participation in the AI RingGuard SMS program is optional. SMS consent is not required to purchase, register for, access, or use AI RingGuard, and declining or withdrawing SMS consent does not affect the user's account or service.

Business and account owners explicitly opt in inside authenticated AiringGuard Settings while signed in to their own AI RingGuard account, and must confirm the destination mobile number before any alerts are sent. We do not add numbers to this program from purchased lists, third-party lists, or any offline source.

Immediately after opt-in, AI RingGuard records consent and queues this confirmation for delivery through the approved provider route: “AI RingGuard Text Alerts enabled. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.”

What messages are sent

Message frequency is recurring and varies with the business's own call volume. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How SMS data is handled

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in/consent data are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties for their own marketing use.

Transactional service providers — such as our messaging carrier and cloud infrastructure vendors — may process this data solely to deliver the messaging service on our behalf, and are contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

Program contact

Mountain Home Marketing customer-messaging program

Mountain Home Marketing sends low-volume, one-to-one transactional and conversational messages only to people who request text communication. Messages may acknowledge a consultation request, confirm or update an appointment, answer a requested service question, or provide a project-related follow-up. We do not use purchased lists or send third-party marketing.

How consent is collected

The customer initiates enrollment by texting START to 870-407-7774 after reading the complete disclosure on our public SMS opt-in instructions page. The disclosure names Mountain Home Marketing, describes the message types, states that message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply, says consent is not a condition of purchase or service, and provides STOP, HELP, Privacy Policy, and Terms links. The provider records the originating number, keyword, timestamp, and program as consent evidence. We do not enroll phone numbers from lead lists, website inquiries, verbal conversations, or prechecked form fields.

After a valid START request, the program sends: “Mountain Home Marketing: You are subscribed to requested consultation follow-ups, appointment updates, and requested service messages. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.”
