What AI RingGuard does
AI RingGuard is an AI receptionist and call-handling platform for small businesses. It answers inbound calls, screens spam and robocalls, captures caller name and reason for calling, books appointments, transfers live calls to a human when needed, and sends the business owner alerts about call and account activity.

AI RingGuard SMS owner-alert program
AI RingGuard (airingguard.com) is a product brand owned and operated by BYD Ministry | Mountain Home Marketing Ministries & Computer Repair Services; it is not a separate legal entity. The AI RingGuard SMS owner-alert program sends account and call-activity notifications to the business or account owner who requested them.
How consent is collected
Participation in the AI RingGuard SMS program is optional. SMS consent is not required to purchase, register for, access, or use AI RingGuard, and declining or withdrawing SMS consent does not affect the user's account or service.
Business and account owners explicitly opt in inside authenticated AiringGuard Settings while signed in to their own AI RingGuard account, and must confirm the destination mobile number before any alerts are sent. We do not add numbers to this program from purchased lists, third-party lists, or any offline source.
Immediately after opt-in, AI RingGuard records consent and queues this confirmation for delivery through the approved provider route: “AI RingGuard Text Alerts enabled. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out.”
What messages are sent
- Notifications about inbound and missed calls handled by AI RingGuard for the owner's own business
- Appointment bookings, changes, and reminders captured by AI RingGuard
- Call transfer and escalation alerts
- Account activity and service notifications for the owner's own account
Message frequency is recurring and varies with the business's own call volume. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out and help
- Reply STOP, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or UNSUBSCRIBE to any message to opt out. You will receive one confirmation message and no further alerts.
- Reply HELP for assistance, or email support@airingguard.com.
- Reply START or UNSTOP to re-enroll where supported, or re-enable alerts in AiringGuard Settings.
How SMS data is handled
Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in/consent data are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information is shared with third parties for their own marketing use.
Transactional service providers — such as our messaging carrier and cloud infrastructure vendors — may process this data solely to deliver the messaging service on our behalf, and are contractually prohibited from using it for any other purpose.
